$45 Application fee per applicant (unless applicants have joint accounts/credit history)
$200 non-refundable administrative fee. This fee is for reserving and holding the apartment during the approval process.

Requirements
Every applicant must have a minimum of one year verifiable, positive rental history or ownership history from an unbiased third party.
Every applicant must have positive credit history or no credit history at all.
The verifiable gross combined income of all interested parties, averaged over a two year period, must equal or exceed two and a half times the monthly rent.
We cannot accept applicants who have a pending felony or felony conviction.
Applicants not meeting ALL the above requirements must provide an additional security deposit or qualified co-signer. The additional security deposit will not exceed one full month's rent.
CO-SIGNER OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT MITIGATE BAD RENTAL HISTORY OR FELONY PENDING/CONVICTION
Additional Information
Occupancy Limit: Two people per bedroom maximum, regardless of age.
Vehicle Limitations: Maximum number of vehicles not to exceed the number of bedrooms in the apartment. Campers, boats and trailers are not permitted.
Pet Limitations: Cats and non-agressive breed dogs are allowed. Combined weight of animals cannot exceed 35 lbs in upstairs residences. Two pet limit per apartment. Ask management about any other type of animal.
Pet Fees: $200 non-refundable fee per apartment plus $100 refundable deposit per pet, per apartment.
Utilities included: Waster, Sewer, Garbage and Basic Extended Cable.
