Clubhouse Fitness Center

Part of the free membership to the Witham Hill Oaks Clubhouse that comes with living in the Witham Hill Oaks community is access to the Fitness Center and tanning facility. The Fitness Center includes an eight station work out area, a full sized Racquetball court, and sauna. The Fitness Center is open during normal Clubhouse hours and a sign-up can be found at the front desk.

Located downstairs from the Fitness Center is a state of the art tanning bed, available to all residents 18 years & older, for a small fee for use. Per State law, a short questionarre must be filled out prior to use, as Witham Hill Oaks is a fully licensed tanning facility and follows all applicable rules and regulations concerning the professional operation of the tanning bed.

There's no better price than free, and no easier way to work out than a short walk from your front door, which is just another reason why the Fitness Center at the Witham Hill Oaks Clubhouse making living here so enojoyable.
