Diverse Community
Many people are often surprised to find out despite our close proximity to Oregon State University, college students do not make up a majority of our community. In fact, Witham Hill Oaks shares a similar demographic composition to the city of Corvallis as a whole, with a broad diversity of people from all walks of life forming the wide base from which the community is filled.
