The one bedroom, one bath Parkside apartments are in two story buildings with single level living. The very modern, very open layout makes for a very comfortable living space, kitchen and dining areas. Some of these models feature stacked washer/dryer units at an additional $25 (no hook-ups.) All residences at Witham Hill Oaks have a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. Also included in rent: water, sewer, garbage and basic extended cable.
