The management at Witham Hill Oaks recognizes that conservation of the Earth's natural resources is important to all of us. That's why Witham Hill Oaks has implemented a number of sustainable energy policies including water saving showerheads, compact fluorescent light bulbs, and energy efficient windows.
Witham Hill Oaks also realizes we all have a part to play in these conservation efforts which is why there are four conveniently located recycling locations for all your recycling needs! From paper to plastic, these locations have bins for all sorts of different types of recyclables. In addition to the recycling, there is also an on-site car wash area to help conserve water and money. Check out the map on the right to find out where these all are!
